Greetings.
There are a lot of people from foreign countries living in Japan. Right now, even those who can understand the Japanese language feel uneasy about COVID-19, and there are a lot of people who don’t sufficiently understand Japanese.
CHARM is a group of citizens in Osaka and supports people with sexually transmitted diseases. At this time, we are sending out the information about COVID-19 especially for residents of Japan who don’t well understand Japanese language in order to obtain sufficient information about this infectious disease.
There are many organizations and NPOs/NGOs providing multi-language information about COVID-19. CHARM is trying to send out solid information that people are looking for but cannot easily find.
In this first issue, we exhibit flow chart depicting “Consultation and Test for COVID-19” in multiple languages. The chart shows the flow as of April 29. It is subject to updates.
This flow chart was prepared by medical specialists for infectious diseases and edited for residents from foreign countries. It was quickly translated into multiple languages thanks to the cooperation of translators and interpreters who support CHARM’s activities.
We will update this information as needed. Please continue monitoring our website.
